Microsoft strikes 5-year cloud deal with Coca-Cola for Azure, Microsoft 365

Microsoft and Coca-Cola appear a new partnership today that will see Coca-Cola using Microsoft's cloud services beyond its operations. Those include Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, which will all exist used to supplant Coca-Cola's current smattering of fragmented systems.

"At The Coca-Cola Visitor, innovation and growth are cardinal pillars of our business concern," Barry Simpson, senior vice president and principal data and integrated services officer of The Coca-Cola Company, said in a press release. "This partnership with Microsoft allows u.s.a. to really stride change our employee feel through replacing previously disparate and fragmented systems. These platforms allow us to deliver relevant, personalized experiences equally we network our arrangement."

Microsoft and Coca-Cola say that Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams will be deployed to employees every bit part of the deal. Dynamics 365, in particular, will give The Coca-Cola Company AI insights that let call center managers to measure things like employee satisfaction scores, overall call topics, and more.

"These investments will also enable The Coca-Cola Company to access the latest innovations in the Dynamics 365 portfolio of applications and expanding capabilities that offer a true 360-degree customer and concern view, unifying processes and providing forward-looking intelligence, enabling employees to proactively drive decisions and activeness," Microsoft'south press release said.

The Coca-Cola Company has already been using Microsoft 365 for some of its operations while working remotely. The company says that it held a virtual quarterly earnings townhall meeting for employees using Microsoft 365 Live Events on April 21, 2022.
